I’m excited to be introducing something new to you this week. I have called the model “The Path to Empowered Health”, as it incorporates my big belief of empowering you to take care of your health in the best way possible.
This short video introduces some of the key principles behind the Path to Empowered Health model. I hope that this begins to shift your view of health-care and self-care. Remember, the foundations – simple things like eating well, getting enough sleep, managing stress, and exercise are 80% of the solution.
