I would like to challenge those beliefs that we’ve all been taught about our cycles. For me, PMS is honestly the best time of the month for motivation, mental clarity and the ability to get stuff done.
As a naturopathic doctor with a focus on hormones, I’ve worked with thousands of women over the past 15 years, and what I’ve seen is that we’re all stuck in viewing our cycle as a negative event: painful periods, difficult PMS, moodiness, bloating, food cravings and more.
In this online Masterclass, we’re going to start to break down those beliefs. When you begin to pay attention, you’ll notice that there are far more positive days in your cycle than negative ones, and the things you love most about yourself also cycle through the month.

We have been taught to look at our cycles as just our periods, as being painful, having PMS, raging, moody,… and most of us don’t really know how our hormonal systems work.

When you get to know your own cycle, you can learn to map out times when your athletic performance is best, when you connect easily with people, when you’re best able to make public presentation, when your productivity is highest, and when you’re more introspective and intuitive.
I truly believe that our power as women lies in what makes us different – our fluctuating, changing hormones.
