WHY GROUP PROGRAMS?

The purpose of group programs is to provide support and community which help you to build new habits and create change. 

Even more importantly, I get to teach you everything - far more than we can fit in a couple of 1/2 hour one-on-one consultation. 

And finally, you get a lot more access to me as a coach to help you actually implement change. There is a group chat in each program to support you every step of the way. 

The results are clear - community is the key to change. Quite frankly, we can't do it alone.
