I have been a Naturopathic Doctor and Functional Medicine practitioner for over 20 years, and have worked with thousands of women in my Toronto practice.

The issue I find most women get stuck on is metabolic dysfunction, or what you may know as rising blood sugar, blood pressure, insulin resistance, belly fat, high triglycerides and low HDL, all of which is making you feel exhausted, foggy and extremely frustrated because your body's not responding how you want it to.
