During your initial visit takes place we will review your current health issues, you past health, family history, health goals and challenges. My approach is to make connections between different health issues, and search for underlying causes. Each system in the body is interconnected, from hormones and digestion, to the immune system and neurological system, including your emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I am trained as a naturopathic doctor and functional medicine practitioner, and integrate both of these modalities together.

The first appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes, giving us ample time to review your health thoroughly, along with a complaint-oriented physical exam. I am currently working with patients virtually, which means that our consultations will be held by video calls on the Jane app booking system. This is  integrated video system is compliant with all relevant privacy legislation (such as PHIPA). 

A commonly asked question is: Do you work with out of town clients? My licensing is restricted to those living in Ontario – we can work together virtually in most cases, as long as you are anywhere in the province. Please inquire for more details.
